Larry Quinn began his career in commercial real estate brokerage in 1988. He was a partner in Commercial Realty Partners, a real estate development company that was formed in 1989 to develop two large projects. Montvale, the first project, was a 96-acre mixed-use development on the west side of Springfield, Illinois. Montvale was a very successful project that sold out in approximately four years. The second project was South Grand Pointe, another mixed-use development. Supermarkets and retail shopping centers anchored both projects.

Prairieland Development L.L.C., founded in 1995, by Larry Quinn, is a privately-held L.L.C. owned by its President, Larry Quinn. The mission of Prairieland Development is land development, leasing and commercial real estate brokerage of high profile sites in rapidly growing areas of central Illinois. Prairieland Development's current projects are Route 66 Crossing at Litchfield, Illinois, a 118-acre commercial development, Route 66 Crossing at Sherman, Illinois, a 35-acre commercial development, and Olde Bradfordton Place, a 105-acre upscale residential development. Prairieland Development is the owner/manager of Route 66 Crossing at Springfield, Illinois which will include a Country Inn and Suites Hotel. Larry Quinn is the Managing Partner for this hotel project. Prairieland Development's most recent project is build-leasebacks for the second largest auto parts retailer in the U.S. Prairieland Development L.L.C. is one of the largest development companies in downstate Illinois.

This is our commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm with offices located in Springfield and Litchfield, Illinois. Prairieland Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Prairie Development, is the Management Company for Prairieland Development's commercial leased properties.
